A wedding on the beach of Pescara in Abruzzo in the American style – many foreign couples dream of such a ceremony, however, among Italian pairs who prefer a church or city hall, this option is not yet very widespread. And that’s a real pity!

After all, a church or city hall wedding imposes a number of restrictions not only on the ceremony, but also on the style of the bride and groom, and even on the overall mood and atmosphere.

Whereas a beach wedding is always a very relaxed, friendly and often a more emotional format.

An excellent proof of this is the wedding in Abruzzo of Massimiliano and Annarita, whose pre-wedding photo session you have already seen on my website.

The famous wide strip of the beach in Pescara, Spiaggia della Madonnina, turned into the stage for their wedding ceremony at the edge of the Adriatic Sea, while Stabilimento balneare Nettuno Beach restaurant served as an open-air banquet hall and dance floor.

We also devoted part of the day to a couple’s wedding photo session in the city park Pineta di Pescara. Just have a look at the magic, that evening light added to these photos!
